Ludo Royale: Battle of Kings — Delete your account

This page is for players of Ludo Royale: Battle of Kings (published
by Factory, developer account "master-pk" on Google Play and the App Store)
who want their account and the data tied to it deleted.
How to request deletion
From the game (fastest): open your Profile (tap your avatar
on the home screen) and tap the small bin icon beside the sign-in row.
Confirm on the prompt that follows, and the account is deleted immediately.
This option is available from version 1.0.81; if you do not see it yet,
update the game or use the email route below.
By email: send a message to
everease.sup@gmail.com
with the subject "Delete my Ludo Royale account". Include:
- The display name shown on your in-game profile.
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, send the email from that same
address so we can match the account. If you never signed in, send your
player ID, shown at the bottom of the About screen (the "i" button on
the home screen).
We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days of the
request. You will not be asked for anything else.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (the anonymous player ID and any Google or Apple sign-in
linked to it).
- Profile: display name, avatar choice, colour preference, and the email
address from your Google or Apple sign-in if you signed in.
- Wallet: Royal Coins balance, XP, level, streak, daily-reward history,
unlocked avatars and achievements.
- Statistics: wins, games played, kills and the rest of your record.
- Social: friends list, friend requests sent and received, room invites,
block list.
- Any active Royal Club membership entitlement on our side. The
subscription itself is managed by Google Play or the App Store — cancel it
there to stop billing; deleting the account does not cancel a store
subscription.
What is kept, and for how long
- Match logs (dice rolls, moves and results of online games) are
shared with the other players in those matches and are kept for up to
30 days after the match ends, then purged automatically. Your name in
those logs is replaced by your colour once the account is gone.
- Purchase records (store order identifiers and what was granted)
are kept for as long as required for refund handling, fraud prevention and
accounting obligations, and are not tied to a profile once the account is
deleted.
- Aggregated analytics (for example, how many matches were played
on a given day) contain no account identifier and are kept.
Deleting data without deleting the account
You can clear your display name and change your avatar at any time from
your in-game profile. Coins, statistics and friends cannot be reset without
deleting the account.
